Tax Filing Guru is an official brand and trade name operating exclusively under its parent legal identity, Ms Shankkriti. All transactions and refunds are governed under the legal jurisdiction of this parent entity.

At Tax Filing Guru, we strive to deliver the highest level of professional tax filing and consultation services. Because our services involve dedicated professional time and computational resources as soon as processing begins, our ability to issue refunds is generally limited.

2. Cancellation & Full Refunds

• A full refund will be initiated only if you cancel your request prior to the commencement of any service delivery or document processing by our team.
• If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and our experts have not yet begun reviewing your files, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• If we are unable to fulfill your service due to internal reasons or technical limitations, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will strictly not be provided in the following scenarios:

• Once the Income Tax Return (ITR), TDS, or GST return has been drafted, verified, or successfully filed with the relevant tax authorities.
• If the delay or failure in filing is due to your failure to provide accurate, complete, or requested documents in a timely manner.
• If you decide to withdraw your application after our Tax Experts have already expended significant professional time analyzing your case.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or original mode of payment, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
