TaxFilingGuru strives to deliver the best services with utmost client satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we request you to please email us your questions about refunds and cancellations at mail@taxfilingguru.com immediately and we will address your situation.

  1. Your Money Refunded, No Questions Asked!
    In the event of non-performance of any product or service and cancellation of the same at the discretion of TaxFilingGuru, for which payment has been received by us, and no cancellation/refund request has been raised by the customer, such order shall be treated as a case of eligible refund/cancellation (Para 5) and the Money will be Refunded, No Questions Asked!

  2. If you are not satisfied and have any question about refunds or cancellation of a product or service, simply email us at mail@taxfilingguru.com and we will reach you at the earliest during our normal business hours. We are not responsible for any consequences where there was any delay on your part.

  3. We can cancel your order at your request if you haven’t paid for our services or products after you email us at the above mentioned mail address.

  4. For Eligible Refunds/Cancellations (as defined in para 5), all the refunds or credits for the payments made for our products and services in any case shall be refunded within thirty (30) days of granting the request of refund after deducting any money paid to government entities (such as filing fees or taxes, etc), any money, commission or expenses paid by us to any payment gateway vendor or wallet service provider or to other third parties with a role in processing your payment/order. We shall not process the refund until the original payment in respect of such order has been received in our bank account.

  5. Eligible Refunds/Cancellations
    Any order of our product/service for which payment or credit has been made by the customer shall not be treated for a case of eligible refund/cancellation if any or all of the following occur:
    1. Our team has commenced working on the order after the payment has been made by the customer.

    2. If any information/ documents required by us are not provided by the customer after making payment due to any reason whatsoever, as a result of which we are unable to commence working on the order or complete the order.

    3. Any abandoned order which is abandoned and treated undelivered and 120 days have elapsed from the purchase date unless TaxFilingGuru is at fault.


    TaxFilingGuru processes all written requests for refunds. TaxFilingGuru will review the entire contents of the customer(s) physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within thirty (30) days, we will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of TaxFilingGuru.

  6. Replacement/Exchange of Product/Service
    If you want to exchange the product/service you ordered for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 30 days of purchase, provided that the no work has been commenced on the original order by us yet. The purchase price of the original order, less any money paid to government entities (such as filing fees or taxes, etc), any money, commission or expenses paid by us to any payment gateway vendor or wallet service provider or to other third parties with a role in processing your payment/order, will be adjusted towards your replacement order and you are required to pay any difference of amount for such replacement else we have the right to not refund the money for reimbursement of our commitment to service such order. Any payments made directly by you to affiliates of ours are not eligible for exchange or credit. Any excess of original payment after adjustment over the value of replacement order as a result of any exchange shall be treated automatically as an Eiligible Refund (Para 5) and shall be refunded by us accordingly.

  7. Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a company name application or trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of our service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. There may also be instances where the government website is down and your order is not completed as a result. Similarly, TaxFilingGuru does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our affiliates. Problems like these are beyond our control and shall not be treated as non-performance on our part.

  8. We also cannot refund/exchange/credit any money paid by you directly to any third parties, such as payments made by you directly to our affiliates.
